"Excellent food and service. Very surprised with the quality of our meal for such a reasonable price. Besides your Chinese selections they also have a range of western cusines such as steak, fresh fish, pastas as well as deserts from creme brulee to tiramisu freshly made in house by the chef. I'd say one of the best eatery in the Sawtell area. Definitely recommend"

"UPDATE 16TH APRIL 2024....YES...THERE IS PINEAPPLE IN THEIR SWEET & SOUR. Returned with my wife (she's not a fan of Chinese food)...but we loved it. Beautiful short soup and homemade dim sims to begin. Followed by the most delicious sweet and sour pork I've had in ages (on par with the famous Jasmin Chinese in Hong Kong) and a delicious combination Satay stir fry. All this with a large steamed rice for $52. Do yourself a favour...keep eating at the bowling club back in Coffs Harbour so this hidden gem doesn't get overcrowded. Great Chinese food. The New owners of the business (within the Sawtell Bowling Club) really have brought taste back to old school authentic Chinese food...much better than the previous operators of the restaurant. Food portions are big...and cheap. The main thing is the quality...delicious. A nice touch though is the fact you can buy a half serve of Fried Rice...more than enough for solo diner's like me. So impressive was it...I went there twice in the 4 days I was in town."

"We were a little dubious after reading previous reviews, but boy, we are glad we tried out the Chinese here. Club was full (Friday night raffles), as soon as we walked in the door we were greeted warmly. The service in the restaurant was fabulous and prompt. We ordered (good value for money) and were surprised how quick the food came out. We ordered the sweet & sour pork and Mongolian beef with a side serve of fried rice. Food was tasty and we rate it up with our favourite regular little Chinese restaurant at home."
